Bees away? Why not try Potters Bar Town?

Potters Bar play in the Southern Football League Division one East after winning promotion from the Spartan South Midlands League. They now join the likes of Wingate and Finchley in the Southern League One East. The last time The Scholars played the Bees was back in 2002 in the Herts Senior Cup First round. It was Potters Bars biggest ever attendance and featured the likes of Lee Harrison, Stuart Niven, Neil Midgley, Toby Oshitola and Ismail Yakubu in the Bees side. The match ended in an embarrassing 2-0 defeat for the Bees. Potters Bar start there Southern Football League Division One East campaign against Harlow Town away on August 20th.

Directions:

Bus: The 84 bus goes to Potters Bar. It starts at New Barnet Station and ends in St.Albans. The fare to get to Potters Bar are higher then they are in London because you will be going in to Hertfordshire. Get off the 84 before you get to the Tescos Superstore and your will be on The Walk. The Ground 200 yds on right.

Car:

From Junction 24 of M25 take A111 exit towards Potters Bar. Turn right at first traffic lights onto A1000. After petrol station take first left into The Walk, then first right into Watkins Rise for ground. (Note: no parking allowed in Elderly Persons Home opposite the ground - offending vehicles will be clamped).
