Potters Bar play in the Southern Football League Division one East after winning promotion from the Spartan South Midlands League. They now join the likes of Wingate and Finchley in the Southern League One East. The last time The Scholars played the Bees was back in 2002 in the Herts Senior Cup First round. It was Potters Bars biggest ever attendance and featured the likes of Lee Harrison, Stuart Niven, Neil Midgley, Toby Oshitola and Ismail Yakubu in the Bees side.
