Following the FA Cup win over Burton and the news from Barnet Council about the decision regarding the upgrading of Underhill, manager, Paul Fairclough told the Barnet Times, that "we've had two great results" and added that "on both counts they were thoroughly deserved".

Fairclough said that he was "very proud. It's the second time in consecutive seasons that we've been in the third round." He joked that "It doesn't matter who we play. I think our name's on the cup anyway."

Paul Fairclough went on to add, "The players have had a difficult time of late and they showed real character. We have had two difficult games before Christmas and this will give the lads some confidence. We must take all the positives from Tuesday night into Saturday's game."
