Tonight, , the Bees travel to play Rochdale at Spotland. The Dale are currently 8th with 47 points from 27 matches. Earlier this season, the two sides drew 0-0 in a rather uninspired match at Underhill. Last season, Barnet did the double over Rochdale, winning 3-2 at home with a Tresor Kandol hat trick and winning 2-0 at Spotland with goals from Dean Sinclair and Barry Cogan.

Barnet will be at full strength, except for goalkeeper, Rob Beckwith who is still out with dislocated fingers. Michael Leary returns from his three match suspension and Sagi Burton is likely to start on the bench, as Barnet player of the month, Joe Devera continues at centre back alongside Ismail Yakubu. Bees' boss, Paul Fairclough will be looking to get back to winning ways after Saturday's 1-0 home defeat to Morecambe. Barnet have won two and drawn one of their last three away league matches.

Rochdale are also 'an away side' having remained unbeaten away in the league since the opening day of the season. Like Barnet though, Rochdale have trouble winning at home having won only 4 out of their 12 games at Spotland this season and having lost 5 times. The Dale have lost their last two home matches. On Saturday they went down 2-0 to Peterborough.

Rochdale boss Keith Hill may include defender, Marcus Holness and forwards Adam Rundle and Ben Muirhead in tonight's starting line up, while new striker, Lee Thorpe is expected to keep his place after replacing Glenn Murray who has moved to Brighton. Gary Jones will make his 300th league appearance for the club tonight.

A look at the players from Rochdale:

In goal is James Spencer, who was signed in the summer from Stockport County, for whom he made over 100 first team appearances.

In defence; Simon Ramsden began his career at Sunderland and was signed in January 2006 from Grimsby Town. He made 32 league starts last season. Left sided midfield player, Adam Rundle was released by Mansfield Town in the summer of 2006 and moved to Spotland. He was formerly with Carlisle United and Darlington.
