Albion had led through Sam Winnall`s strike from the edge of the box, but Kabba equalised after latching on to a long clearance and he then put Barnet ahead with an 18-yard effort of his own.
Kabba completed his first-ever hat-trick with a penalty before bagging his fourth from close range.
Allen said: "I don't really want to single any players out because that would be unfair. We all stand together and fight together - that's what got us the four goals.
"Everybody made a contribution and I'm sure Steve Kabba will understand it when I say that my greatest respect is for the input from everybody.
"That is what we've been working on since I got here and this result is great for all the players involved, not just Steve."
