Two of last season's Conference championship winning squad have, sadly, decided to leave the club; for differeing reasons. Stephens failed to agree terms with the club and, perhaps, faced with the extra competition following the arrival of Beri Dembele from Stevenage, he has decided to look for a new club that would guarentee him a first team place.

Stephens joined Barnet from Hibernian in 2012 having played in the same team as Graham Stack. He began his career at Norwich City and had a short loan spell at Lincoln City before joining Hibernian in 2010. Stephens made 27 league appearances for the SPL club before moving to Barnet in September 2012. He made his Barnet debut at home to Gillingham. he was voted Barnet Player Of The Year in 2013 and 2014. He made 138 appearnces for the Bees scoring 3 goals.

Luisma has been allowed to terminate his contract to return home to Spain due to homesickness.

Luisma joined Barnet in 2013 having previously played for Spanish clubs, Racing Santander, Real Union, Alavas, Amorebieta and Los Racinguistas. He became a real fans favourite at the Hive and will be very much missed by fans. Luisma made 67 appearances for Barnet scoring 17 goals.

Barnet Mad wishes both players all the very best for the future.
