The low budget is due to the club having an average gate of 2500 around the same as Macclesfield who are currently in the Play offs of League 2. The Bees biggest gate of last season was 3,924 against Halifax Town in the game the Bees won the Nationwide Conference in.
The Bees have been linked with such non league players as Scott Thurgood of Grays Athletic and Scarborough skipper Scott Kerr.
