Graz, 30, who has had Football league experience with Swindon, Peterborough and Bristol Rovers who the Bees face on Saturday in there first game back in the Football league after a four year absence. Graz also has non league experience with Wembley, Yeovil and bitter local rivals Stevenage Borough. He told ThisisHerts: "We've agreed terms and I'm very close to signing. There are just a few little bits and pieces to sort out.
"People know my feelings about the club. I'm happy here and in the area, so why would I want to go somewhere else? I just wanted a bit more security for my family."
