Nationwide's Chris Hull said: "Giuliano has clearly started the new campaign in impressive style and his goals have helped to push Paul Fairclough's Barnet side to the top of the table.
"Last season he ended up with 26 goals for the Bees - just missing out on leading goalscorer for the Nationwide Conference - and has certainly made a massive impact with the large number of fans that voted for him.
"Often it takes time to settle into a new club but Darren Middleton of Moor Green has begun life in fine form following his close season move from nearby Worcester City.
"Darren picks up the award in Nationwide North and has put in a series of strong performances in Moor Green's forward line scoring five goals to date - - four in August.
"There is a great story going on at Weston-super-Mare who have a brand new stadium and have the Nationwide South Player of the Month in Marc McGregor.
"Marc found the back of the net five times in three matches during August which has helped the club into a healthy position in the top half of the table.
"Just under 4,000 votes have been cast by supporters of Nationwide Conference football for the inaugural Nationwide Player of the Month Awards and we are thrilled with this excellent response.
"Fans of the Nationwide Conference can vote for future awards on www.footballconference.co.uk
"All three players will receive a specially commissioned magnum of champagne."
