Barnet have re-signed former Watford striker, Jason Norville, who was released at the end of last season after scoring only 2 goals in just 8 starts in two seasons, mainly due to recurring injuries. Norville has been given the chance to prove himself on a one month non contract basis after training throughout the summer with the club.
Svetland Angus, the former Torquay player who was signed on a non contract basis and made his debut last Saturday at Brentford has been released. Angus was sent off in the second half of the 2-1 defeat at Griffin Park. Paul Smith has also been released after Paul Fairclough had 'second thoughts' on the 35 year old midfield player.
French left back Kenny Gillet is trying to get international clearance in time to make his debut tomorrow in the home match against Bradford City. Other new signings, Josh Wright and Joe O'Cearuill could all play. Ashley Carew, Sagi Burton and Ismail Yakubu are all expected to be fit.
