Goalkeepers:

Shwan Jalal has joined Bournemouth on a month's loan from Peterborough United. He joined the Posh from Woking but failed to break into the first team at London Road and went on loan last season to Morecambe. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 36.

Ryan Pryce is a young keeper who made his debut for the Cherries last season. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 3(2).

Defenders:

Ryan Garry is a former Arsenal player, who made his debut for the Cherries last season. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 17(4).

Jason Pearce signed from non-league Woking in 2007. He has also played for Portsmouth. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 69(3), Goals: 3.

Joel Ward is on loan from Portsmouth. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 15(5).

Marvyn Bartley joined the club from Hayes and broke through into the first team in 2007/08. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 41(12), Goals: 2.

Warren Cummings is a former Chelsea youngster who played at WBA, Dundee United and Bournemouth on loan while at Stamford Bridge. He joined the Cherries in 2003. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 189(11), Goals: 6.

Scott Guyett joined Bournemouth this summer. He is an experienced player who has played for a number of clubs including Aldershot, Yeovil, Chester, Oxford and Southport. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 21(2).

Carl Preston is a young player who made his first team debut this season for the Cherries. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 2.

Sammy Igoe joined Bournemouth in August 2008 after being released by Bristol Rovers at the end of last season. Igoe helped Rovers win promotion to League One in 2007, scoring in the play-off final against Shrewsbury Town. He had a spell on loan last season at Hereford United. Shaun Cooper joined Bournemouth from Portsmouth in 2005. He has also played for Leyton Orient and Kidderminster on loan. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 127(13), Goals: 1.

Brett Pitman is another player who has come up from the youth team and made his first team debut in 2005. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 50(71), Goals: 27.

Lee Bradbury is an experienced player who began his career at Portsmouth before moving to Manchester City in 1997 for £3,000,000. He scored 10 goals in just over a year at City, before joining Crystal Palace for £1,500,000, scoring 8 goals in a year before moving on again, this time back to Portsmouth for a second spell at Fratton Park. He scored 29 goals in just over 4 years there before joining Walsall and then subsequently playing for Oxford United and Southend before joining Bournemouth in 2007. He has also played for Exeter, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County on loan. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 58(6), Goals: 9.

Alan Connell joined Bournemouth in 2008 from Brentford. He began his career at Dean Court before moving to Torquay in 2005 and then subsequently played for Hereford and Brentford. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 23(40), Goals: 8.

Steve Fletcher is in his second spell with the Cherries having re-joined Bournemouth from Crawley Town in January 2009. He began his career at Hartlepool before joining Bournemouth in 1992. He scored over 100 goals in more than 500 appearances before joining Chesterfield in 2007. He joined Crawley in the summer of 2008. League Appearances for Bournemouth: 464(47), Goals: 91.
