Nick Liversidge is a 19 year old goalkeeper who signed a one year deal for the club in May 2008.
David Knight joined Darlington in 2009. He had a loan spell at the club in 2005/06. He has played for Mansfield and Middlesbrough and has had loan spells at Thurrock, Oldham and Swansea. League Appearances for Darlington: 7.
Defenders:
Paul Arnison began his career at Newcastle United but failed to make the first team and joined Hartlepool in 2000. In 2003, he moved to Carlisle United and helped them to two successive promotions taking the Cumbrian club from the Conference to League One. In 2008, he moved to Bradford City and joined Darlington in the summer of 2009. League Appearances for Darlington: 5(1).
Mark Bower joined the club from Bradford City in the summer of 2009, having made over 250 appearances for the club. He had a spell on loan with Luton Town last season. League Appearances for Darlington: 7.

Chris Lumsdon joined Darlington from Carlisle United in 2009. He began his career at Sunderland and had loan spells at Blackpool, Crewe and Barnsley before moving to the Yorkshire club in 2001 for £350,000. Lee Thorpe joined Darlington in 2009. He has played for a number of clubs including Lincoln, Leyton Orient, Bristol Rovers, Swansea, Torquay, Rochdale and Brentford. His best spell was at Lincoln between 1997 and 2002 where he scored 57 league goals in 192 appearances for the Imps. League Appearances for Darlington: 5.
Noel Whelan joined Darlington in 2009. Whelan has been the subject of two big fee transfers earlier in his career. He started his career at Leeds United before moving to Coventry City in 1995 for £2m. He scored 31 league goals for the sky blues before moving to Middlesbrough in 2000, but only managed 5 goals in 3 years for the Teesiders. He has subsequently had spells at Derby, Aberdeen, Boston United, Livingston and Dunfermline.
James Collins has joined the Quakers from Aston Villa on a three month loan deal in 2009.
Mor Diop is a 21 year old, French striker who has been signed on a short term deal.
