Darren Moss joined Morecambe from Shrewsbury in 2009. He had two spells at Shrewsbury having resigned from Crewe Alexandra. Fraser McLachlan began his career at Stockport County and made over 50 appearances for County, scoring 4 goals. While at Edgeley Park, he went on loan to Northwich Victoria and Mansfield Town, who he joined permanently in 2005. He joined Morecambe in July 2006 after a short spell on loan. Emmanuel Panther has joined Morecambe on a season long loan from Exeter City. He began his career with St Johnstone before joining Partick Thistle in 2003.
