Albion claim nine-goal thriller
Billy Kee fired a hat-trick to help Burton demolish struggling Barnet 6-3 and heap the pressure on beleaguered boss Lawrie Sanchez.
Kee struck in the seventh and 31st minutes of a breathless encounter to put the Brewers in command, only for Izale McLeod and Ricky Holmes to drag the Bees back into it with strikes either side of the break.
But in a remarkable second-half Kee completed his hat-trick before Burton substitutes Adi Yussuff and Jack Dyer put the visitors 5-2 ahead. Sam Deering's effort proved too little, too late for Barnet, with Calvin Zola rounding off a hectic afternoon.
Kee bagged his first early on as he smashed home Kevin Amankwaah's cross from 12 yards.
Steve Kabba should have levelled after 13 minutes but fired straight at Burton goalkeeper Ross Atkins before Kee grabbed a brilliant second, waltzing past Daniel Leach prior to curling the ball home from the edge of the box.
McLeod launched a Barnet fightback, poking the ball past Atkins after collecting Mark Byrne's pass while Holmes then dragged the hosts level.
But Kee fired in off the crossbar before substitutes Yussuff and Dyer completed the job, with Zola having the last word after Deering's consolation.
