Despite the recent goal drought, Fairclough feels that the players that he has can solve the problem of scoring goals, "Cliff Akurang scores goals, he's done it at every level he's played at………Adam Birchall, Jason Puncheon and Albert Adomah have all got the ability to score goals. Things just need to be tweaked. The next goal will come from the player who shows the most desire to score. The finishing has been poor, but even if we finish only half the chances we're creating we'll do alright."
Fairclough defiant despite five defeats in a row
Barnet manager, Paul Fairclough was upbeat after the 2-0 home defeat last Saturday by MK Dons. He pointed out Dagenham & Redbridge's recent improvement when he spoke to the Barnet Times, "Dagenham & Redbridge were looking resigned to being relegated not long ago, but now they've picked up 12 points from four games. Any team can do that. I know we can because we create chances."
