Lincoln City 4 Barnet 1

Barnet crashed 4-1 at Sincel Bank and saw their 9 point lead at the top of the Conference league table reduced to 6 points as 2nd placed, Bristol Rovers won away at Nuneaton Town. Barnet were 2-0 down at half time through goals from Tomlinson & Power and Martin Allen gambled by using all three permitted substitutions at the start of the second half. Unfortunately, it backfired as Elliott Johnson had to go off early in the second half and Lincoln increased their lead to 4-0 with goals from Nolan and Robinson before Luke Gambin scored a late consolation gal for the Bees four minutes from time with a left foot shot.

Barnet face another tough trip this Saturday with a game at 4th placed, Grimsby Town.
