Barnet sign Jake Cole

Barnet have signed QPR goalkeeper, Jake Cole on loan for a month as cover for the injured Lee Harrison. Cole, who is 23 years old and 6ft 3" tall, has made 8 first team appearances for QPR in five years at the club. He has also played on loan at Hayes< Farnborough, AFC Wimbledon and Oxford United.

Cole played in Barnet's 7-1 win over Farnborough in 2004-05, the season the Bees won the Conference. Giuliano Grazioli scored a hat trick in that match, the first goal coming when Cole put the ball on the ground in the penalty area and the ball was whipped away by Graz, who promptly put the ball in the back of the net. Cole was also injured in that game and had to come off, Farnborough ending the game with just 9 players. Hopefully, Cole's stay at Underhill will be much happier than his previous visit!!
