Ogogo joins until the end of the season

Abu Ogogo, the young right back on loan from Arsenal, signed on loan to Barnet for the rest of the season yesterday. Ogogo has made six starts for Barnet plus another appearance as a substitute and scored one goal.

Meanwhile, centre back, Michael Townsend, who returned to Cheltenham Town following last Saturday's match against Dagenham & Redbridge, would probably be eligible for Saturday's match at Accrington if manager, Ian Hendon extends his loan at Underhill. Cheltenham played Doncaster Rovers in a 3rd round FA Cup on Tuesday, so, presumably, Townsend's one match ban has been served.

Meanwhile, Ashley Carew is going on a month's loan to Blue Square South club, Eastleigh Town. Eastleigh are currently 4th in the table and in the play off zone. Former Bee, Tony Taggart is at the club.

Guy Butters, who joined Barnet on loan from Brighton in season 2002/03, has joined up with Barnet players Keiron St. Amie and Elliott Charles at Lewes. Butters joins the struggling Blue Square Premier club from Havant & Waterlooville who recently knocked Lewes out of the FA Trophy.
