Scott McGleish joins Orient

Former Barnet player and Underhill favourite, Scott McGleish has signed for League One club, Leyton Orient. This will be McGleish's third spell at Brisbane Road. Scott joined Barnet from Orient in 1997 and he scored 37 league goals in over 100 games for the Bees, helping the club reach the 3^rd Division play-offs in 1998 and 2000. He was sold by Tony Cottee to Colchester in January 2001. He later went on to play for Northampton and Wycombe before joining Orient on loan in February. He has now signed permanently for the East London club.

Scott has been a regular visitor to Underhill with Northampton and Wycombe since leaving Barnet and has always received a generous reception from the Barnet fans. Barnet Mad wishes him the best of luck at Orient.
