Two former Barnet players have recently joined Ryman Premier League club, Boreham Wood. Dwane Lee, who was a key player in our Conference championship winning side of 2004/05, has joined from Bromley. Lee, who plays in central midfield, joined Barnet from Exeter City following a trial at Underhill in the summer of 2004. Dwane made 71 first team appearances for Barnet, scoring 10 goals for the club, including two in the 4-2 Carling Cup win at Bristol City in 2005/06. He left just before the end of that season and joined Kidderminster. Subsequently, he has played for Stevenage, Maidenhead, Kettering, AFC Wimbledon and Bromley.
Joining Lee at Boreham Wood is Stephane (now Claude) Seanla. Seanla joined Barnet in the summer of 2007 from Watford, having finished the previous season on loan at Kettering. He never really settled in at Underhill, making just 5 first team appearances for the Bees, his only start in the league being in the away defeat at Brentford. He had a spell on loan at St. Albans City before joining Wivenhoe and subsequently playing for Ashford Town and Horsham where he scored 16 goals in 39 appearances.
