Luke Gambin is another product of the youth system at Barnet and signed professional forms last summer. Gambin made his first team debut in April 2012, coming on as a substitute in the home game with AFC Wimbledon. Gambin has made a notable impact during the last season and has been the subject of interest from other clubs. He had a spell on loan at Hendon last season.

Keanu Marsh – Brown signed a new contract with the Bees after a short spell at the club at the end of last season having been released by YeovilTown. Marsh-Brown scored the winner on his Bees’ debut at AFC Wimbledon. He began his career at Fulham and had loan spells with MK Dons and Dundee United before moving to Oldham in January 2012. He made 12 appearances for the Latics before joining Yeovil last summer and made 27 first team appearances for the Glovers scoring twice.

Andy Yiadom joined Barnet from Blue Square Premier club, Braintree last season after scoring 8 goals this season for the Essex club. Yiadom has also played for Hayes & Yeading. He made his Bees’ debut as a substitute at home to ShrewsburyTown and scored his first goal, the winner at Port Vale. Yiadom played at right back at the back end of last season.

Iffy Allen is a promising young player who has come up through the Academy ranks at the Hive. He made his debut as a substitute in the FA Cup 1st round game at home to Oxford United.

Mauro Vilhete is another product of the Hive. Vilhete turned down the chance of joining Aston Villa to sign for the Bees. He became the youngest ever player to play League football for Barnet when he made his debut as a substitute at GrimsbyTown in 2010 at the age of 16. He made his full debut a week later at home to Rochdale in the last match of the season. Vilhete had a spell on loan at Borehamwood last season.

Jon Nurse signed for Barnet in July 2012. Nurse was released by Dagenham & Redbridge at the end of 2011/12 having scored 32 goals in over 200 first team appearances for the Dagge;rs since joining them in 2007 from Stevenage Borough. Nurse scored Dagenham’s winning goal in the 2009/10 League Two play off final at Wembley against Rotherham United sending the Daggers to League One for the first time in their history.
Nurse began his football career in Sunday League football before signing for Sutton United in 2003 and scored 19 goals in 28 league appearances for Sutton before being signed up by Graham Westley’s Stevenage Borough.
At Stevenage, Nurse was hit by injuries and in his first season was loaned out to Lewes but came back to the club and won his first team place back in time to help Stevenage reach the Conference play-offs in 2005; when Barnet were champions.
The following season, Nurse finished the season with 9 goals and was runner up in the club’s player of the season award. In 2006/07, Nurse was hit by injuries once more and was in and out of the side but again finished with nine goals and had a spell on loan at Woking scoring twice in eight games and making quite an impact there. In all, Nurse scored 18 goals in just under 100 first team appearances for Stevenage.
Nurse, who can play either on the wing or as a striker, has made two international appearances for Barbados. His first game was against Dominica in a 2008 world Cup qualifying match. His second and last performance was in the return match in the same year. He has recently been placed on the transfer list.
