Mark Stimson Sacked

Last updated : 01 January 2011 By Adam Hern

After a very bad run of form, Barnet have parted company with Mark Stimson, with immediate effect.  Ex-manager Paul Fairclough, who was also in temporary charge of the Bees after Ian Hendon’s dismissal with two games to go the end of last season, has been placed in charge until a suitable replacement is found.

The Bees fans had been getting very agitated at goings on, so this is a welcome decision for many.  Barnet were booed off at half, and at full time against Aldershot, and this may have contributed to this decision.  The match report will follow shortly.
