THEY PLAYED FOR BOTH: Barnet & Bradford City

A few players have played for both Bradford City and Barnet and these include, of course, a current member of Barnet's squad, Luke Medley. Luke was a PROTEC player who then joined Tottenham Hotspur. He then moved to Bradford City and made 1 start and another 8 appearances as a substitute, scoring 1 goal. He signed for Barnet in the summer of 2008. He scored his first goal for Barnet at Rotherham last season, but is now on loan Blue Square South club, Woking.
Paul Showler was a member of the Barnet side that won promotion to the 2nd division in 1993. He joined Barnet from Altrincham in the summer of 1991 following Barnet's promotion from the Conference that year. He joined Bradford city in 1993. He made over 100 appearances for the Bantams scoring 22 goals before joining Luton Town in 1996.
Des Hamilton is known at Underhill as the player who joined Barnet but never actually played for them. He joined the club as cover in 2004, when the Bees were chasing a place in the Nationwide Conference play-offs. He began his career at Valley Parade, making over 100 appearances for Bradford City before joining Newcastle in 1997 for £1.5m.
Tommy Black had a short loan spell at Valley Parade while at Crystal Palace. He made 5 first team appearances for City late in 2006 before returning to Selhurst Park. He joined Barnet on a short term contract earlier this year and played 5 league matches for the Bees before being released.
Ademola Bankole had a short loan spell at Bradford City in 2000 while at QPR. He later played 7 Nationwide Conference matches for Barnet while on loan from Crewe in 2004.
Jon Ford joined Bradford City from Swansea in July 1995 for £210,000. He made 19 league appearances for the Bantams before joining Gillingham a year later. He joined Barnet, initially on loan, in 1997 from Gillingham and later signed permanently for the Bees eventually making 47 league appearances for Barnet, scoring 2 goals before moving to Kidderminster in 1999. He was part of the Barnet squad that made the 3rd division play-offs in 1998.
