A number of players have played for both Barnet and Wycombe Wanderers. In the current Wycombe squad there are two former Bees; Scott McGleish, who was at Barnet between 1997 and 2001 and Magno Vieira who played for Barnet in season 2006/07. Bees' striker, Adam Birchall was at Wycombe on loan for three months in 2004.

Other players who have played for both clubs include winger, Darren Currie who played for Barnet between 1998 and 2001 when he left to join Wycombe for £200,000. He spent three years at Wycombe. Currie was in the Barnet side that was relegated at the end of 2000/01 and another member of that side was Sam Stockley who played for the Bees between 1996 and 2001. He signed for Wycombe in 2006 but was released last summer and has now joined Port Vale. Another big favourite at Underhill was Sean Devine who played for Barnet between 1995 and 1999 before joining Wycombe for £200,000. He left Wycombe for Exeter City in 2003.

One of the most popular players at Underhill in Barnet's days in the Conference was Nicky Evans who was called God by many fans at Underhill. He played for the Bees in two spells between 1983 and 1993 when he was forced to retire, but had a spell in between his spells at Barnet with Wycombe.

Other players to have played for both the Bees and the Chairboys include Roy Essendoh, Glyn Creaser and Andy Reilly.
