We've met before
Barnet 3-1 Forest Geen-Nationwide Conference-Oppening day 2004/2005 season
A Richard Graham inspired Barnet proved too much for Forest Green at Underhill. Graham was instrumental in getting his side back on track, with an eyecatching performance. Rovers had taken the lead in 29th minute through Charlie Griffin, after Darren Davies' cross was missed by the Bees' defence and Griffin stabbed home for the lead.Barnet responded well and depite saturating Rovers half with wave after wave of attacks, went in one nil down at the break. Two minutes after the restart, Graham's cross from the left fell into the path of Liam Hatch who should have done better with the header. Three mintues later, from a Ben Strevens cross, a thunder bolt from Graham drew the Bees level.Rovers' muscular advantage was no match for some slick Bees passing. Barnet took the leader in the 58th mintue through classy Giuliano Grazioli. Graham fed Grazioli who rounded Rovers' keeper Steven Perrin, striking into the unguarded net .It was all Barnet now, the attack teasing the Rovers defence, with Liam Hatch stretching his legs in the 66th mintue, his powerful shot whistling over the bar. Ex-Norwich City man Dean Sinclair had an inpressive debut, showing pace and power, and his driven shot late on was too much for Perrin who collected the ball at the second attempt. The Bees total possession was rewarded in the 77th minute when Graham put Grazioli in on goal, he made no mistake for his second, and Barnet's third goal.
Forest Green 1-1 Barnet-Nationwide Conference -27 Mar 2004
Forest Green gained a point against high-flying Barnet, although for the visitors it will be two points dropped as they look to try and stay in the play-off zone. After a scrappy start Rovers created the first chance of the game. Steve Cowe's cross from the right wing found Ian Fitzpatrick whose header flashed wide of the Barnet goal. The Bees took the lead in controversial circumstances in the 24th minute. Despite Jon Richardson making a clean tackle to win the ball from Giuliano Grazioli referee Steve Dorr awarded a free-kick on the edge of the area. Up stepped Ben Strevens to curl the ball over the wall into the top left-hand corner of the net.Rovers were awarded a dubious penalty six minutes later, Alex Sykes fed the ball through to Scott Rogers and when he went down under the challenge of Danny Maddix the referee pointed to the spot.Damon Searle converted the penalty-kick to get back on level terms.Barnet should have been back in front just before the interval when Mark Williams' low cross found Grazioli who stabbed the ball wide.Less than a minute after the interval Grazioli again came close when an error by Rovers midfielder Steve Kell allowed Barnet to break forward. Again Grazioli latched on to Williams' cross but this time his low drive was superbly tipped around the post by Steve Perrin.Forest Green spent most of the second half on the back foot, but in a rare attack almost grabbed the lead.Sykes fed the ball to Hugh McAuley on the right wing who in turn knocked the ball on to Matt Aubrey who did the hard part by getting past Maddix, but fired the ball over the bar from a narrow angle.

Barnet 5-0 Forest Green- Nationwide Conference-22 Nov 2003
Bouncing back from 1-0 league defeat away at leaders Chester last week, Barnet emerged 5-0 winners at Underhill.
Goals from Tony Taggart, Ben Strevens, Ian Hendon and a brace from Peter Beadle saw the home side through to a comfortable victory against struggling Forest Green Rovers.
With other results going in the favour, the Bees climbed to second place in the table.
Barnet's opening goal came in the third minute. A neat one-two between Strevens and Taggart split the Rovers defence and allowed Taggart time to pick his spot and slide the ball home.
Given the wet conditions and waterlogged pitch it was perhaps fitting that the former lifeguard who only recently turned pro should break the deadlock.
Looking to capitalise on the poor conditions, Barnet sought to shoot from any distance in an attempt to force goalkeeping errors from keeper Steve Perrin.
But it wasn't until the 40th minute that Barnet was able to double their lead. A tidy downward header from Chris Plummer put Beadle through and he calmly sidefooted home with his left foot.
Posing a constant physical threat all afternoon, Beadle deserved his second goal 19 minutes after the restart. Meeting Mark Williams' cross, the powerful striker headed home emphatically, putting paid to any Forest Green thoughts of a comeback.
The visitors' best chance of the game came midway through the second half with sub Luke Jones swivelling neatly in the box, but firing high and wide from six yards out.
Just when the home fans thought it couldn't get any better following Strevens' stunning 30-yard drive, Ismail Yakubu was upended in the 90th minute.
The resultant penalty was calmly dispatched by Hendon and Barnet's fifth goal was secured.
Bees boss Martin Allen was justifiably proud of his team's performance: "I just think the team played very, very well.
"It was no discredit to Forest Green, it was just a very good team performance."
